
Have you heard of the morning banana diet? it's the latest diet rave in japan. it was even featured in Time. and it has become so popular that bananas across the country are sold out. it's actually very easy. all you have to do is eat bananas in the morning. no exercise, you can eat anything you want and sleep early. sounds too good to be true no?
I still believe that exercise along with a healthy diet is the only way to go. although im not really a gym rat. the only exercise i get is when i skip episodes on my dvd. and that's just my finger anyway. for more info on the diet check this out: http://morningbanana.com/
