Decorate Your Legs

I don't know about this. I've seen some celebs wearing patterned tights and some local ones too. I'm just not sold on the idea that you can wear this in broad daylight just like the craziness that is Solange Knowles here. For a night out, it's probably fun. I still don't think I can pull these off, though. But if you think of wearing one, I'd suggest pairing it with a solid mini dress. Or better yet, go with a safe pattern just like Eva Longoria below.
